Why are there only a Limited few Designers who Design for ME? Do MEN just not care about Fashion?

In this two part question, I would like to understand. Why they are 100s of Designers for women wear (who's main focus is only women wear) while they are only about 10 Designers who's main focus are on MEN. And out of that 10 they are only have 4 who focus on the everyday man, while the other 6 only makes suits. Like thats the only things men wear.

As a man, I love Fashion. I enjoy shopping just as much as my female friends.

I would like to hear your thoughts on the issue @ hand.
